Pneumatic Cylinders

	We offer "Single-action cylinders," which can only move in one direction. Apart from this, we also manufacture GECO Special Pneumatic Cylinders, that can be moved both inwards and outwards. This type of cylinders are called "Double-action cylinders" and the return movement is caused by a spring. The compressor cylinder is a single-action cylinder. In order to move a fischer technique cylinder in both directions, two of the valves contained in the kit are required. To move the cylinder outwards, valve V1 must be open (The coil is supplied with electric current) and valve V2 closed (No current flowing). To move the cylinder inwards, valve V2 is open while the valve V1 remains closed. Request a Quote

Honed Tubes

GECO Special Machiners presents an unmatched range of top quality honed tubes, which is known amidst our clients for their high accuracy and surface finish. While manufacturing these honed tubes, we use various type of metal such as aluminium, brass, steel etc, which is sourced by us from reliable suppliers to provide the tubes optimum durability. Each piece of our hone tubes is rigorously quality checked on every stage of production to deliver the clients products of impeccable quality.


	Honed tubes offered by us are immensely used in pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. We manufacture them H-7 tolerance in 40 mm dia to 650 mm dia bore and upto 3000 mm length. Material specification will be DIN 2391 (ST52). We have ready stock of hone tubes measuring 40 mm dia to 135 mm dia and we also manufacture non-standard tubes in accordance with customers' demands. 	Recently, we manufacture three kind of stone crushers, which are suitable for secondary crushing. GECO Standard 16 x 9 GECO Supreme 24 x 10 GECO Super 24 x 15 Our Stone crushers are of single toggle type, which are available with grease type lubrication for GECO standard and GECO supreme. Our GECO Super is of oil type lubrication and is fitted with oil tank with a capacity of 60 liters with a 2 HP motor, which pumps oil for bearings. This oil mechanism enhances the bearing life, reduces power consumption and helps in smooth performance. However, our primary crusher is under development and will be under production in near future.
